Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders greater than $300.00. 

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days pending payment approval and stock availability. Packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and insurance for the full merchandise amount. Signature required on all deliveries above $500.

USPS Priority 2-3 day - $12.00

USPS Priority Express  - $50.00


Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages or items that were damaged while in transit with the carrier. The purchaser will need to start and manage any claims with USPS directly. If you would like to request a signature, please email us at and we will be happy to coordinate. 

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship internationally.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at Please note, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. We will provide a return shipping label, however, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Returns/Exchanges - Online Sales

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date or pick up date if the item was picked up in store. We must receive the item(s) back within 7 days of return initiation. Eligible refunds must be unworn, in original condition with all tags still attached. We recommend using all original packaging if possible. We do not refund additional costs associated with shipping the return. 

Returns/Exchanges - In-store Sales

All in-store purchase are eligible for return up to 15 days from the purchase date.


All vintage (clothing, accessories and jewelry), jewelry, intimate (including socks), and self-care products are FINAL SALE. Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Items purchased using a promo code may only be eligible for STORE CREDIT.

Please allow 1-3 Business days to process and approve your return. Refunds will not be issued until the goods are returned and processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. 

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and given a full refund or store credit in the original purchase amount.
